Usually in food courts at the mall. I love that sauce! It tastes great with everything, rice, meat, vegetables, you name it! What is that sauce? I want to make it at home with rice but I can’t seem to do it. I tried using teriyaki sauce, soy sauce and countless others, but nothing tastes the same!
Is there a recipe? Or is it a special kind of sauce? Please explain where to get it and how to make it. Thanks!

I’m not quite sure which sauce you are referring to, but maybe one of these dipping sauces is it. Both of these are dipping sauces that I C&P from my recipes for potstickers/dumplings.
For Dipping Sauce:
1/4 cup red-wine vinegar
1/4 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon Asian sesame oil
1 scallion, thinly sliced
2 teaspoons grated peeled ginger root
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Mix all ingredients well and serve.

Dipping sauce:
1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon seasoned rice vinegar
1 tablespoon chili-garlic sauce
1 teaspoon hot chili oil
Mix well and serve.
