These Post-it labels are made to use in laser or ink jet printers. The brilliant colors -- green, pink, yellow, blue -- are a godsend for me. I'm extremely ADD and in charge of a small business's bookkeeping and organizing. If you've experienced ADD yourself, you know how difficult that is and how important color is in jogging the memory; green for receivables, pink for payables, blue for taxes (sigh), and yellow for "DO THIS NOW!" I'm using these on office folders (and the piles of papers that belong in them) to help me put 2009 in order and establish good intentions for 2010.

These stick well but are completely removable, which is why there are yellow labels stuck on the door jambs at eye level, too. As Tony the Tiger says, "They're great!"

Here's a tiny consolation: easy Thai barbecued chicken! Cut your usual fryer in quarters, cook it slowly over charcoal or quickly in a hot oven, and then brush it generously with "sweet chili sauce" and cook it just a few minutes more. Most authentic with 'sticky' rice but also delicious with brown or red rice.

In Thailand, people squat over hibachi-sized braziers on the sidewalks and sell portion of this sort of barbecued chicken. Sometimes they trot alongside inter-city buses as they pull into stations, and sell chicken through the windows. Don't be squeamish! This is a treat you'll remember. The same sauce will enhance the flavor of any fowl from blackbird to condor or whooping crane.

I love this sauce. Sweet but hot too. I use it on checken wings instead of buffalo sauce and with pan seared scallops, shrimp. It's very versitile and delicious!

This hot sauce has a complex flavor that goes with just about everything. I particularly like it with broccoli in cheese sauce! I've also had it on pork chops and buffalo chicken. It's zesty without being a wallop of peppery heat. Highly recommended!

We have been using this stuff for years even though we have to buy it online. We buy it by the 12 pack and like the other reviewers, it is a staple here - almost it's own food group. For the best nachos - lay out a bunch of Mission Tortilla strips in a toaster (about an inch high), with a "healthy" amount of shreaded cheese on top - toast one cycle, then sprinkle the sauce over the top. The best.

I've been using Pepper Plant ever since I attended Cal Poly on the Central CA coast in the late 90's. I usually order it now in bulk and pass it along to friends. Every single one of them has become a convert and we are all addicted! I'm not sure I could live without this sauce. It is amazing on nachos, breakfast burritos, in chilis, you name it!

For those of you that may be a little timid to try a "hot sauce"; this is definitely the sauce to try! It is spicy, but the flavor is so full and bold that you'll forget about the "hot."

I would recommend this product to anyone wanting to try a hot sauce. It really is the best sauce on the market.

We discovered this sauce, the Original California Hot Sauce, while staying at a hotel on Monterey Bay in Sand City, CA in September 2008. We loved it as soon as we tried it. Brought a bottle home and now it's history. Glad to see we can buy more and enjoy our little taste of California again and again.

This sauce isn't like other hot sauces where you get an intense burn, it has a nice heat tingle and great taste. We have never tasted a sauce similar to this so we have nothing to compare it too. Try this sauce and we are sure that it will be one of your favorites too.

I first discovered Pepper Plant when I was living in Northern California and since then I have relocated to Southern California and now Marietta, Gerogia and each place I have had cases of Pepper Plant shipped to me. This the best hot sauce because of it's flavor and consistancy. It has a thick consistancy, so it doesn't run all over everything, stays were you put it on your food. Eggs, Stews, Bloody Mary's and on meats is all good.

as a connoisseur of all things hot I ordered it hopping to set my mouth a blaze, now don't get me wrong it is hot but I would not place it anywhere near as hot as the original Dave's Insanity Sauce... It has a nice flavor; a little sweeter than I care for.
