Nacho sauce, Mmm...
Heat it up in the microwave for 45 seconds to a minute, then you've got yourself some seriously delicious cheese sauce. I know, it's not exactly healthy. But it sure tastes good, albeit salty. Be sure to pair with UNSALTED chips, or use as a sauce on top of veggies, concoct whatever meat dish you fancy. It's rather versatile. Consume in moderation, it won't kill you. 5 stars.

I can't believe what I just said about this kind of junk food! You see, because eating it brought back some fond memories of my college days: carefree-eating-junks. Aah...

Try on steamed veggies...it's wonderful!
I like to buy frozen brocolli. I also like the frozen brocolli medley with carrots and cauliflower. A very simple recipe is to cook them in a large microwave bowl and then pour the cheese sauce over them during the last 2 minutes of cooking. Yummy and full of vitamins. You can also do the same with a can of chili in a microwave bowl. Add the cheese sauce. When fully heated add a cold diced tomato and tortilla chips. Your family will love you and you have turned veggies into a nacho treat. Enjoy!!

Guilty pleasure
This is the farthest thing from Mexican food in the world but it's still tasty. All those "salsa con queso" cheese in jars have the wrong texture or the wrong taste. When the supermarket stopped carrying the El Rio cans, we tried everything, but we finally came back to find El Rio online.
